Warranty & Guarantee
Is there any warranty?
We provide a 2-year warranty for motors used in our motorized custom shades. If there is any issue with the motor within this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Please note that damage to the fabric caused by improper use is not covered under our warranty policy. We strongly recommend inspecting the product carefully upon delivery.
What if something is missing or arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photos or videos of the issue. If there is any damage during transit, we will work with you to find a solution. Review our return policy for more details.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since all of our products are custom-made to your measurements and preferences, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. For any issues, please contact our customer service for assistance.
Can I cancel my order after payment?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, we begin production and cannot cancel the order. If you need to cancel, please contact us at service@grandekor.com or through our Contact Us page.
What should I do if I made a mistake with my order?
We can offer a replacement in your corrected color or size at an additional charge, based on your order changes. Please double-check your order confirmation email and let us know within 12 hours if you need to make any changes.
